Alex (Ali) is so kind and a great mechanic! We are prone to nails in our Tesla tires (not sure how)! We've had 3 nails in the past 1 year of getting our Tesla. In the past we've gone to Tesla and spent $176-450 on the service but this time we decided to try Alex'a service. He asked us to meet him at a given location and had our tire patched within a couple of minutes! His price was a fraction of what Tesla would've charged us and very reasonable! He deserves and should charge more! He is so hardworking! He was also very kind and made us feel like family! Thank you Alex- God bless you and your family and the hard work you do.
